How does the service work?
  • The client clicks the "Call" button next to your business card in the LIBER directory
  • Their call is automatically forwarded to the LIBER Service,
    and you receive an incoming call from LIBER (+1 (804) 409-9897) on your mobile phone
  • After listening to the informational message from LIBER, call billing begins
    At the end of the call, you will receive an SMS with the call duration and the amount credited to your LIBER balance.
    ! If the client does not have a linked card or sufficient funds, the call will be canceled
  • You click the "Request Payout" button
    and by the next business day, we will transfer the funds from your LIBER balance to the bank details specified in your application. Payouts are available once the accrued amount reaches 100$, but no less than once per month.
To receive a payout, you must enter into an agreement with the LIBER service (Liber21, Inc., EIN 99-3335614). The payout amount is determined based on the rate you set and the duration of the call (in minutes), minus a 17% service commission. When making payments to individuals, Liber21, Inc. acts as a tax agent, withholding personal income tax from the funds to be paid and transferring it to the budget at a rate of 13%. Funds are paid out on the next business day after the contract is signed..
